Why are these changes being implemented?

  • To streamline processes for parents.

  • To minimize administrative errors

  • To enhance control over the children under our care.

How is control going to be enhanced?

Our staff has been equipped with an app connected real time to our servers. From Dec 1st we will know at any moment where a child should be located and if we don’t find him our staff can react immediately contacting the responsible person to take immediate measures.

Have prices changed?

No. We just rounded them down in €.

And we have launched 2 new products more convenient for the digital and for parents:

  • the 10 tickets checkbook disappears in favor of daily bookings

  • we’ve launched a combo afro dancing + garderie Wednesdays that grant 50% discount on the activity

What changes can be expected?

All Garderie and activities transactions must now be prepaid online, exclusively through credit cards.

When is the launch date for Services+?

Services+ will be launched on December 1st, 2023 with a 1 week transition period to allow parents to switch to the new system.

Can payments still be made via bank transfer?

No, only credit cards will be accepted, and manual booking is not an option to maintain the system's integrity.

What services are available in Services+?

Currently, all Garderie services, activities, and bundles are offered, with more services to be added in the future.

How important is this to me?

Very. From now on all our services are prepaid. It is mandatory to register and pay in order be admitted and participate

I already paid for Garderie for this year. What now?

  • For the year service of Garderie (regular and Wednesdays): If you already paid you don’t need to re-purchase of course.

  • For non paid yearly services and all monthly and daily Garderies and for all activities (even if they started before Dec 1st, as they all did) purchase needs to be done through Services+ web,

If I forgot to pay for the same day or the day before, can I still do it?

Yes, our Services+ page is ready to accept those cases, and there will be no extra charge for such instances.

Can I continue purchasing offline?

No, all transactions will be digital from December onwards. Some purchases made before December 1st will still be valid, specifically monthly Garderie packs and yearly Garderie packs if already paid. Otherwise, subscription through the website is necessary.

How important is all the data I have to input on the web?

Extremely important!!! The data you provide is crucial for our system, helping our Surveillants keep track of the children they are responsible for and enabling rapid communication with parents in case of need. Pay special attention to dates!!! Format is to be entered in digital format: Months go first, then day then year.

Do I have to pay for Garderie if my kid has an activity on the same day?

Only on Wednesdays, but we've launched a bundle product granting a hefty discount for those taking garderie and activity on Wednesday :-). Look for that bundle on our website.

If one of my kids is waiting for his other brother/sister to finish, does he need to pay for Garderie?

No, but it is necessary to write him in for us to keep track of all children in our system. Therefore, it is mandatory to sing him/ her up for the “bro+” year pack. It costs 1€ a year, and it is necessary for us to have him/ her registered in the system. Look for product with the “bro+” logo and called fratrie-sibling on our site.

I just purchased a service. Why is my order marked as “Pending”?

This field is reserved for businesses who have to actually deliver a product through a logistic partner which is not our case. Ignore that information. All purchases at Services+ are immediately accepted and billed.

My bill hasn’t arrived…

Bills in Croatia need to go through a process for “fiscalization”. This process can take up to 2 hours. You should be receiving in that period a mail from “eracuni”, our partner for bill fiscalization.

Can I still use my existing tickets?

You can use them until the end of November. From December onward, all transactions will be digital, and those tickets will no longer be valid.

Can I get a refund for unused tickets?

Unused tickets can be exchanged for an equivalent number of vouchers, granting you a 4€ discount for upcoming purchases. Simply hand them to any of our attendants.
